certificate 1pc/unit 七，技术文件 technical documents 按如下要求供图： supply the drawings as per the below requirements: 7.1 图纸数量 quantity of drawings ： 认可图： 3 份 +1 套电子版 (cad) approval drawing: 3copies+1sets cad 工作图（根据退审意见修改的图纸）： 3 份 +1 套电子版 (cad) working drawing(revised as per comments): 3copies+1sets cad 完工图纸（包括操作和维修说明书）： 3 份 +1 套电子版 (cad) final drawing(includes operation and maintenance manual): 3copies+1sets cad 所有的图纸和文件装订成册。 all drawings and files should be in a booklet. 7.2 设备采购商务合同签订后 15 个工作日内，卖方应向买方提交认可图。 the seller should submit approval drawings in 15 working days after the commercial contract signed. 7.3 在收到认可图后，买方应退回 1 份认可图及其意见书，若在 10 个工作日内，买方不退认可图，这就意味着买方对认可图没有意见。 after receiving the approval drawings, the buyer should return one copy approval drawings with comments. if buyer has not returned the approval drawings within 10 working days, which mea buyer has no comments on the approval drawing. 7.4 在收到退回的认可图，在 15 个工作日内卖方应提交工作图给买方 , 若在 15 个工作日内，卖方不提供工作图，这就意味着卖方确认了 买方的认可意见。 after receiving the returned approval drawing, the seller should submit the working drawing within 15 working days. if the seller has not submitted the working drawing within 15 working days, which mea the seller has confirmed with the buyer&quo;s approval comment. 7.5 每船的完工图随设备一起送交买方。 the final drawings should be submitted to buyer with the equipment. 八，技术服务 technical services 起锚机和绞盘试验前一周，制造厂通知采购方到厂验收。 the manufacturer should inform the buyer for factory acceptance one week before the all kinds windlass and winch put on testing. 在用户遵守使用说明书和保养条件下，本机自发货之日起在 18 个月内（使用期不超过 12 个月），如因制造质量不良而损坏到不能正常工作时，工厂负责免费修理。 warranty time is calculated 18 months from delivery date (not than 12months operation) under obeying operation itruction and maintenance conditio. the manufacturer should be respoible for repairing free of charge in case machine damaged by manufacturing quality reason. 制造商免费参与试验。 manufacture provided free of charge to participate in trial. 九，本技术规格书作为商务合同不可分割部分，与商务合同同时生效。 this technical specification as an integral part of t contract, effected with commercial contract at the same time. 十，有关未尽事宜，双方再另行协商。 for outstanding issues, the two
